| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 26 October 2009 for the purposes of determining shareholders' entitlements to the proposed first and final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 1.40 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2009. Duly completed and stamped transfers in respect of shares not registered in the name of The Central Depository (Pte) Limited, together with all relevant documents of title thereto, received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 8 Cross Street #11-00 PWC Building Singapore 048424, up to 5.00 p.m. on 23 October 2009 will be registered before shareholders' entitlements to the proposed dividend are determined. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 October 2009 will be entitled to the proposed dividend. The proposed dividend, if approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 October 2009, will be paid on 4 November 2009.
